Workshop Bookings
- Changes to Bookings: If you need to reschedule your workshop, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. We’re happy to change the date for you.  
- Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once a workshop booking is confirmed.

Buying Our Candles
Each item at We Candle It is made to order and meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.  

- Inspecting Your Order: Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you notice any issues, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve any problems promptly.  
- Refunds and Exchanges:  
  - Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.  
  - If there’s an issue with the quality or condition of your order, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Disclaimer 
Our candles are handcrafted in small batches, making each piece unique. Please note:  
Natural Variations: Minor imperfections, such as wet spots or frosting, may occur due to the natural properties of wax. These are part of the handmade process and add to the charm of our products.  
Product Images: There may be slight differences between the product you receive and the images on our website. These variations are normal and reflect the artisanal nature of our candles.  
- Faults: Minor imperfections or differences in appearance are not considered faults. As such, we cannot offer exchanges, credits, or refunds for these circumstances.
